Event Photography Job Request - On site printing

Need some advice on a photography job request I got, its just shooting a golf tournament event with a local sports star.
I shot this even two years ago and it was fine, but the sports star wants to change it this time.

He want to shoot a photo with each golf team before the tourney, no big deal, but what he wants that is new is to be able to print or get them printed and autographed while they are out all day in the golf tournament. Then the charity that is hosting this tourney has frames he wants to put them in, which they will do.

I just need to ability to I guess print these photos, I think she said 5x7 times 4 people per team. So I guess to not overthink this, I just need to probably edit them quickly on my laptop and the print there on the spot or take them to a local lab, which there isn't really anything but WalMarts and Sams around, yuck.

I don't own a printer, don't really want to buy one for this event. Do any of the online lens rentals offer printers? Doubt it. I've look at a few and didn't see any.
Any other types of suggestions or ideas you all can come up with before I accept or deny this job request?

It was fun shooting this two years ago, and the local celebrity sports star is a nice guy, so I'd enjoy doing it again, especially for St. Judes his charity.

I think I'll just have to take the AM shots, edit them on my laptop there in the golf clubhouse, send them to be printed somewhere like Sams, possibly I could take them to a Bedfords we have but its across town, but would be a better quality print. Then bring them back up to the golf course and have them signed and framed.

I think I over thunk this...lol.

Talk with the Bedfords - maybe with the assurance of a bunch of prints they'd be able to accept uploads and deliver the prints to you at the club. Might cost a bit more, but then they might be willing to do that little bit extra for

1. a charitable deduction or
2. program credit

It's at least worth investigating.
