The Mid-day gun is fired at 12.00hrs each day. well, that's what it says on a sign at the entrance to the battery :rolleyes: And then again at 16.00 hrs -?

Yes, I t would be nice, but considering the USA is about 244 years old and buildings like these were built nearly 500 years ago, it’s tough to compete. The US does have some amazing architecture, but after traveling in Egypt for a few weeks, it really put things into perspective for me as to how young our country is. The solution, try to travel to other places and experience the rich diversity of all the world has to offer. :-)
