Hi,
Going on a bus tour in Lappland (no cruise ship) in Norway, Sweden and Finland. Which lenses should I bring? My camera is a full frame and my lenses are in my signature

My intuition tells me:
14mm, 35mm and 100-300mm.

Primes:
Bower 14mm 2.8, Takumar 28.mm 3.5, Bower 35mm 1.4, Takumar 50mm 1.4, Canon 50mm 1.8, mamiya 55mm 1.8, Samyang 85mm 1.4, Meyer-optik 135 2.8, Mamiya 135mm 2.8, Takumar 135mm 3.5, Mamiya 400mm 6.3
Zooms:
Canon 28-105mm 3.5-4.5, Canon 100-300mm 5.6L.

Heya,

14mm will dwarf anything big that you're up close to and want to capture, but things far away will lose their majesty. I wouldn't take the ultrawide personally here. I would take the 35mm and the 300L.

Very best,

It is what i would take too
I do not agree with MalVaux for the 14mm, at night for the aurora/northern light it's the perfect lens, 35 might be too long for that

Actually, there is not night at that time of the year over there. So is the 14mm useless then?

So, in this case, MalVaux might be right ;)
"Useless" i will not use this word, but i would like something wider than 35mm for sure.

When i go on a trip and if i am tight with luggage, i have always the 16-35mm or the 24-105
Instead of your 14mm if you feel that you will not need, what about the 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 that i see in your sig ?
