I just upgraded and all of my 3rd party plugins are gone called adobe and they told my to reinstall 2014 to get my plugins, so if you many plugins you may want to hold of until the 3rd parties update the plugins.

I had to reinstall Nik and onOne plugins, and then they worked fine in Photoshop CC 2015.

When I installed CC2015 this morning, I too realized that my plugins didn't carry over. Fortunately, the CC2014 plugins folder was still shown under C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014\plug-ins. I just copied each plug-in folder from the 2014 plug-ins folder to the CC2015 plug-ins folder and all was good again.
