that is crazy

looks like a model airplane

- 1/3200!
- 840mm!
- 5DSR!

why do UFO pictures not come with these specs

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

This may be of interest I was out birding yesterday ( no birds ) but this flew round a couple of times both shots 600f4isLmk11 with 1.4tcmkIII 1/3200 f6.3 iso 800
both shots about the same size when taken .
3rd photo shows 100%crops and what the extra mps give .

Just showing a real world comparison .

Was testing out a new EF500mm F4 II with the 5DSR today to see what sort of detail I could get out of a prime telephoto as my only long lens at the moment is a 100-400mm II (& 1.4 extender) . The sharpness and detail from this lens when matched with the 5DSR is absolutely insane.... . Only have to look at ground/mud bird is standing on below to see how damn sharp this lens/body combo image is .......Downside to this though is that initially I had to use shutter speeds fasterthan 1200/1600 even when on monopod and with new II IS running as the 50mp sensor still shows softbness from camera shake etc at anything less than 1 1200th ......Probably no big deal as Im sure its just a matter of getting better monopod and handholding technique to suit the higher sensor requirements for a sharp shot....Exactly same as I had to do with my other lens ...Now all I have to do is find a lazy $10,000 to keep the lens as its only on loan to me for 3 days (:.....

This image is an Australian Mudlark

Very Interesting!...Dont often see comparisons like this where its action and repeats itself for anothr different camera shot using almost same lighting , subject position and exactly same camera settings etc !! ...
