CPW is great. I bought two cameras this year.

I have purchased and saved a lot using CPW. I was just not sure with the company being in Canada. But, good to hear from you all that it's safe buying from across the border.

The EOS 5Ds R is now in-stock new (authorized dealer) for $3549.99, which is below your price target of $3898.00.
