what are the options for shutter release for the 10d?

I looked at a supplier for the lc-4 in Britain and burst out laughing when i saw 'new low price' of 309 (british).
they cannot be serious, thats the price of a film camera!

i just need a shutter release cord, does anyone know of any.

thanks

james

I recently bought the timer control (TC-80N3) and although it was 99 quid, I think it's worth it. This excellent page helped me choose it over the plain remote:

Get the TC-80N3. You won't be sorry. It really is an amazing little device, feature packed and easy to use.

Take a look at the above Luminous Landscape article.

Talking about ET1000N3

I have the Canon shutter release and this cord, the ET1000N3 and find it a terrific setup for shooting birds. Does anyone know if you can use two of these cords to extend the length to around 60 some feet?

Thank you,
Rosanne
