I think you're right. I'm not tooting the 60d's horn because I own it, but it really is a good camera, especially when you take into account how long ago it came out.

Here is the combo - 7DII and 70-200mm f2.8 original, non-is lens.

Pretty much the camera framed, and then a partial crop.

Not bad at 6400 iso. PP in Lightroom5.7

the 60D is still a great body. No reason to get rid of it at all.

ksbal, those are some clean files at 6400.

Yeah, really easy to work with at 6400, there isn't much of anything here done. above that you still get ok images, but the grain starts to be noticeable, and details suffer.

color is really nice as well, if you have any kind of decent light.
