Sold out show and tons of people packed into this small venue. It was very hard to move around and get any type of shots.

I know not all pictures "match" with processing. That's how I roll, some will be b&w and some color. I tried my best to get the colors right as it's blue and red lighting.

It will probably be just me, but I'm not feeling any of these.

We're you shooting as a shooter or a punter?

I only meant, were you there as a photographer or as a punter?

Yeah and that's the problem. We don't know what punter means.

i think they're great but maybe i'm biased as a huge Jimmy Eat World fan. 4 seems a little flat to me, i dunno, not bad though. 6-8 are especially good. i'd be proud if i had taken these.

i think "punter" is used in reference to being just a concertgoer, rather than an actual paid photographer at the show?

Thanks.

I was a concert goer, and it was tough to even get these shots. This is a tiny venue and it was sold out. You could not move around what-so-ever. So when I was trying to push my way through 18-25 year old women, I was getting death stares the entire way. :P

#1 and #6 are my favorites.

A little wider angle than 50mm might have benefited you to grab more of the environment, but these are still great photos.

Yep, punter just means a ticket holder...

That makes sense then, it can be hard to smooth talk your way to the front under those circumstances.
