I've been having issues lately with the site. I can't see any avatars, uploaded images... any graphics basically. It only happens in firefox, works ok in IE.
I've tried clearing the cache, deleting all the cookies, no luck.

Anyone else experiece this?

I've been using firefox for months, and I'm obviously here just about constantly. Never had a problem.

Help :(

I had that happen to me once with Firefox. I let my 1 year old grandson sit on my lap when I surf the net or visit POTN and every once in a while he'll take over the keyboard. Just the other night he did something that made all the avatars disappear. I have no idea what he did to make that happen but fortunately, I was able to close the firefox window and restart it and get everything back to normal.

My grandson can do things to my computer with the keyboard I never knew could be done. I've learned a few "tricks" from him that way. I just make sure I close all the "important" apps before letting him on my keyboard to make sure he doesn't delete anything I really need although I've still had a couple of near misses.

But I digress. Back to your problem.

Go into Tools > Options and click on the Content tab. Make sure that "Load Images" is checked. If it's not, check it and then click OK. Then refresh the page.

It might just need a reinstall. Best thing to do is to save your bookmarks, uninstall Firefox, restart your pc, and then download a fresh copy and install it again. See if it makes any difference.

Thats usually a good start.

I know they recently had an upgrade to version 1.5 (i think).. did you upgrade? and did it work ok after that?

My Canon can.. I just need to find out how

Tools>Options, click on Content tab, and verify that Load Images is checked, and for originating sites only is unchecked, and fianlly check the exceptions list for common domains like POTN, smugmug, Pbase, Photobucket, etc.
[EDIT]Sorry, Leo, apparently Bold Text isn't registering in my brain today![/EDIT]

Really strange. Any plugins installed in Firefox? Popup filter?

I use Firefox and all works great...

Did you check your options settings? Reinstalling Firefox is not going to reset them since they are propagated from release to release.
