Went for a day trip through southern Utah and stumbled across a number of hot air balloons practicing for a festival near Panguich. Pretty cool to watch

Thank you Michiel. . .unfortunately the majority of them had already landed and were packing up when we got there. We did see one make a less than graceful landing, but in my effort to make sure I got the shots I neglected to notice the wood fence in the landing area that was blocking the majority of the action. You try, and sometimes you succeed.

Few years back now, but I went to a "night glow"...

All the balloons had been out all day and landed in the same field around evening and put on a show as it got dark...
