Customer Management App

I'm very busy and a bit scatter brained at times. Do any of you use an app to track clients that assist with conversation details, date, follow ups etc? I often have wedding
Clients who will have a brief phone call, then they will contact me via other means, online etc and expect me to remember the details of a phone call inquiry from months ago. Just looking for a productivity app that might assist with that!

I personally have not used this but it was recommended to me. I have no real need to for anything like this yet, that is why I have not tried it yet.

I just downloaded CJournal for $9.99 and it seems okay. I can create custom fields for wedding location, date, start time, etc so its quickly accessible as a summary. I can create notes for payments received, dates I sent contracts, received them etc. I can create ToDo's per client, as well as save files per client. Not bad for a 1 time fee of $9.99. They also have a free trial. I tried the trial, did what I wanted now I'm giving it a shot. I don't have enough clients to make the work be a waste of time should I want to switch to something else, nor do I have enough to spend more on client management software than on my bread & butter lightroom/photoshop subscription.

17hats looks pretty interesting. I really haven't researched this type of app, but I like the workflow and that it also does accounting and credit card transactions.

Just watched the intro - that DOES look pretty sweet! $200/year though
