Good lighting and over all composition. I would consider some skin smoothing and a little sharpening but otherwise nice photo.

Agree with this ^^^

You might have asked her to sit/stand taller or elongate her neck and maybe even to relax her shoulders. She seems a little scrunched

She was really nervous...this was her first shoot I could not get her to relax. I am going to shoot her again and see if she will be a little more calmer.

By having her face turned away from the light, you are making her face look wider. Not flattering. Bring her chin back towards the camera and see if you get a more flattering / thinning light and shadows.
