also think the ring image didn't work. was wondering on #6, the couple look nice but am distracted by the small group of people way in the background. have you thought about removing them from the image? also, do what you can to straighten the horizon line?

You are right in that I probably should remove the people in the background. But I really don't do any PS work on images unless they are printed or go into an album. As for the tilt, I like it the way it is. I think it adds some impact.

Great shots. The beach can be a difficult location for a mission critical photo event like this one. You capture the emotions and the moments beautifully ( also the essence of the beach ). Love the starfish ring shot.

Congrats!

Great series, would love to see more of the bridesmaids in their very blue dresses.

Looks good.

I shot beach weddings for over ten years in the Destin FL area we would do 125 to 135 of them a year.

Wind, rain, water mist, fog, heat and just all around bad weather from one day to the next you never know what to expect even from one min to the next the weather can change.
Plus you can not set down your equipment unless it is in the sand and things blow over very fast.
No cool backgrounds to pose people in or things to lean them on just a wide open sky good or bad that day.

We moved out of Fl and now just moved back to Fl and are starting to get our marketing going for this new area beach weddings and family beach portraits. We made a lot of money doing that for years.
