Mom is interested in taking videos of the cat and other things. This will all happen indoors, low light. Anyone have some recommendations for a cam that would be good for this? Budget is around $200. Image stabilization will really help as motion (like the shaky cams seen in movies) triggers a migraine). I'm figuring possibly to use it on a tripod at a wide setting to record the cat running around.
