I at one time had a long list of exposure values for different scenarios in the field, such as grass, sky, etc. Does anyone have an extensive list of these any longer? (Exp comp values)

Jul 02, 2015 21:31 | #10 Permanent banThe big list you have is exposure COMPENSATION 'cheats'. Notice none of them are overly large. Practicing will get you a lot further (in the long run) than a cheat sheet. EC is really not difficult. Another option is to shoot raw. Most of those values are within the recovery range of raw files. WARNING: I often dispense advice in fields I know little about!

Ray.Petri I’m full of useless facts More info | Ok lads - I'll have a look in the loft for an old FP3, HP5 or Kodachrome instruction sheet. This goes back to the 1940s -1950s before selenium cell light meters became available and affordable to the average amateur photographer. I had a Weston Master in the 50s. Can't remember what it cost but must've been megabucks (relatively) in those days as I was at school. Ray-P
