Assistance Requested with 165 x 165 Filters and Adapters

I've purchased the TS-E 17mm and the TS-E 24mm, both current models or versions. I'm looking for adapters and all necessary hardware so that all the filters can be used on both lenses. I'm open to any brand but can you please be specific with manufacture and parts numbers.

I have 4"x6" filters for my TS-E 24mm. Mine are Singh Ray, Galen Rowell grad ND's. I use the Cokin Z Pro (not P) filter holder. I also have the Singh Ray Cokin Z-Pro sprocket mount polarizer. Those obviously won't work for your 17mm so probably won't work for you if you are trying to use one filter for both lenses.

I would take a look at the offerings from Fotodiox. They do make an adapter for the Canon 17mm tilt/shift that is quite nice. Format-Hitech may have an adapter in their Lucroit series which takes 165mm filters.
