Lens is in like-new condition, I have had a Hoya HD protective filter on it since I bought it (filter itself typically goes for $80-$100) which I am also including in the sale (a filter is required to complete the weather sealing on the lens)
It was sold to me as an unused kit lens as part of a kit with another dslr body. I have the original white kit box from that sale, along with the original pouch and lens caps etc.
The lens goes new on amazon for $1000
Sigma 18-35mm F/1.8 DC HSM ART for Canon Mount with hood - Asking price: $675
Goes for $800 new. Lens is in like-new condition (the lens model itself was only released ~2 years ago. This was the first zoom lens to be introduced with F1.8 fixed aperture, and it really is a great piece of glass.
