I use to play a lot of basketball at Laguna Beach, this reminded me of the beautiful sunsets I use to see there with so many beautiful hue tones. So since your in the OC, why not. LR to PS and into Topaz Denoise, back to PS, levels with a mask to isolate the foreground, didn't want to totally unsaturate the rocks, as there is glow from the sunset hitting them. 2 layers of saturation and then onto curves for contrast and vignette and selective sharpening .
