Does anyone here use one of the Wacom Cintiq monitors as their primary monitor? If so, how do you like it for daily usage? I'm toying with the idea of replacing my old Apple 24" with the new Cintiq 27".

Is there any specific reason you are looking to completely replace the older monitor rather than upgrading to a dual monitor setup?

Personally I love having two or more monitors to work with, even if one is an older or super cheap one, as you can toss up non colour critical stuff on it. (In Lightroom I frequently put a gallery view up on my cheap secondary, and use my better main view to look at the current image in absolute full screen. No film strip, side bars, and minimal top bar. I can just glance to the other screen to get an idea of which photos are in coming up, and quickly look back at the main monitor for full detail view. Extremely useful when sorting and selecting stuff from a series of similar images.)

Second monitor is also nice for throwing up Netflix or something while working on your main monitor.

Desk space. I didn't mention I'm using a laptop, so I can use that as the second display.
