6D AUDIO issue

Hi everyone,

I have a Canon 6D that I've been using the my Audi-technica system 10 wireless lav.

I used to be able to play back the video on the camera and hear the audio clearly before. But now when I record a video with sound from the LAV and play back on my camera it sounds very faint and has a hissing sound.

However when I play it on my computer the audio is fine.

Can someone help me please!

Automatic gain control is known to cause a lot of hiss (and other issues). Do you have it on or off? Are you using Magic Lantern by chance?

Nope tried it on both manual controls still issues. I believe the issue started after I used magic lantern and I have ever since reinstalled the stock firmware on the camera.
