Reason for selling: I upgraded to the 5ds R and don't see myself using this one enough to justify keeping it. Low shutter count (pretty sure it's well under 10k) and only 3 really minor marks that I could find. Don't mind the smudges on the screens, it's humid today and I've been outside all day 
It's grey market originally if that bothers you, it's been flawless for me.
