does the eye af works on your 24-70 canon?
It doesn't, unfortunately. Surprisingly, face detect works though.

My son is scared of my camera now. hahaha giving me sour faces already. Nice Apple store. Thanks man. My oldest is already getting to the age where he doesn't like getting his picture taken. Thankfully, the other two don't know any better. They're all I have time to shoot these days. Makes for good practice. I'd like to have more variety in what I shoot these days, but am making the most of this time as well. focalpointsphoto.com

Aug 25, 2015 13:45 | #305 Having issues getting aperture, AF points and focus confirm with my Zeiss and Canon lenses. Probably something to do with the Metabones adapter. Here's a couple (lucky ones) without being able to adjust aperture or focus confirm. The first with the ZE 100mm the second with Zeiss ZE 21mm. AF worked just fine focusing on the black phoebe. ![]() We now have the opposite problem we had a couple of months back....the lounge has too much activity. Lots of discussion and not enough photos! focalpointsphoto.com

Then go to Edit>convert to profile A dialog box will come up that shows the color profile in the image and a destination space you can specify. The first box will tell you what the space is. If it is Adobe RGB then set the destination space as SRGB and apply the correction. It should work just fine. TEHN you need to go to whatever RAW converter you are using and see what the JPG output specs are. I am suspecting that somewhere, somehow it got changed to Adobe RGB If so, just change it to SRGB and apply the change. Now, if your files ARE in SRGB already AND your RAW converters are correctly outputting files, I am stumped. Thanks! I'll give this a try. Sony A7RII - Zeiss FE 4/16-35, Zeiss FE 1.8/55

Aug 26, 2015 08:59 | #311 Anyone here of any updates about the overheating while shooting 4k issue? I love this camera but for the price it needs to be 100%. I've also heard a lot of complaints about long exposure quality. Sony A7ii [Sony FE 16-35mm f/4] [Sony FE 28-70mm] [Rokinon 135mm F2] [Sony 50mm 1.8]

Don't mean to.bang on about this but lightroom doesn't cause hot pixels, it just doesn't automatically get rid of them. C1 seems to remove them on import. On a sample raw with hot pixels I opened it in LR and C1. C1 had hardly any remaining but the image looked slightly softer to my eyes which made me think C1's method of removing them was like noise reduction and a bit of detail is lost. You can tell its not LR causing the hot pixels as they are visible on the camera lcd when zoomed in. I had it on my a7r with really long exposures at night Do you have any examples of this you could post? Sony A7ii [Sony FE 16-35mm f/4] [Sony FE 28-70mm] [Rokinon 135mm F2] [Sony 50mm 1.8]

Im currently not 100% convinced there is an issue at the moment (there are definitely hot pixels from long exposures but how bad they are seems to differ depending on where you read). On FM forums a bit back there was a RAW file provided which was really bad for noise and hot pixels. After that members in the sony a7x lounge thread provided me with RAWS with similar settings and the issue was far, far less. I cant really explain that. Leica M11 | Leica Q2 | Sony α7RV
