Very nice Levina. I'm looking forward to seeing how you improve this shot.

Great shots everyone. That is a gorgeous shot Levina.

Here is another from me. Sitting there all covered in dust. In the back corner of a long forgotten place.

Thank you, Stina, Brisket, stetzam, and John_B, for your kind comments. I try to avoid posting and making everyone open the thread if I can't provide a new photo for stimulation and entertainment, but this time I did it because the praise just kept piling up. :p

More great shots from everyone. hawaiiboy, your two subjects, the stacked chairs and the seat carved from a tree trunk, are exactly the kind of thing I wanted to find last week. I have some other ideas about what'd be nice to find but will wait in case anyone does them today.

Love how the chair and that whole corner looks, Joayne. Looks like a cosy corner in a home library where you could sit and read all night. Or listen to old records, drinking wine and smoking lots of cigarettes. That would be nice too. Of course I gave up smoking many years ago and if there are any children or otherwise young people reading this: smoking is very bad for you. :p

Stetzam, I forgot to tell you that I liked you chair with the mannequin a lot.

You know, I just realised that I'm usually the one who posts the most in the threads. I know how annoying it is when people keep on yapping, so I will try to follow your example, OhLook, and only post something if I can add a pic. Like now!

I did a re-shoot of the chair with shoes because I wasn't happy with the first, plus Mark said he was interested in another take. But re-shooting it was surprisingly difficult to do. Good thing was that the set up was still in place, but to get the exact lightning was sheer impossible. And light painting with a led light is horrible in terms of white balance. It's a real struggle to get the colours right. Anyway, after trying different types of shoes positions, I think I like this one best.
