Looking for 35L, 50L, 24-70 lens. Want to try other focal length.

I do currently have a Canon 24-70mm f/2.8L Lens that needs minor repair. The zoom will not go all the way to 24mm, it stops at around 28mm. I had it checked out by the local Authorized Canon Repair shop and he said that if there is nothing else wrong with the lens, then it would cost $190 to take it apart and re-align the zoom assembly. Instead of putting $200 into the lens just to sell it for a loss, I've rather sell it as is. Would you be willing to do a trade on the lens even though it needs a little repair? It seems that this lens goes for about $900, so minus the $200 for repair puts it around $700. If not, I understand... I also have two Canon 600EX-RT Speedlites that I willing to trade for. Let me know if that interest you.....
