Cool video, thanks. They didn't mention that they also need protein frequently, tiny insects provide a good source.

Nice - this was my first try at using my G 12 Canon on macro - have been trying to get the right speed to stop the wings. Any suggestions

I believe that's a hummingbird hawk-moth. As far as the right speed, using a flash will allow you to freeze the wings but I think some motion is desirable. Here's one of mine shot using flash.
