Bcaps I was a little buzzed when I took this More info | Jul 20, 2015 11:27 | #2 A couple of really nice shots. I like the interplay of the red/green/blue colors in them. The top shot is showing some unevenness to the blue sky in the upper left which a little PS work could easily fix. - Dave | flickr

I'd leave the sky as is; it's just natural blue sky poking through the clouds... why screw with it? It's just personal preference. But to my eye it doesn't look quite natural as the blue is in a perfect semicircle that is also overlying and bisecting the clouds, perhaps from a polarizer(?). - Dave | flickr

Jul 20, 2015 11:44 | #5 Didn't use a filter on camera, and the originals are almost blown out in the sky. Had to do a bit to them in post to get the details back on those clouds. Thought for a moment about 'adjusting' the blue left corner, but I just decided to leave it as is...maybe later I'll go back and do a 'retouch' and see if I like it?

setagate Goldmember More info | Jul 21, 2015 13:56 | #8 Very nice! I particularly like the first one and wonder if you could tell me the focal length and lens you used. I am planning to be there this fall and would like to have the right lens. Thank you very much for any info. Bob

The patch of blue in the corner is just fine. If anything, it draws your eyes to that important side of the image and I would leave it alone. The perspective and composition in the second image is very, very interesting, but the power lines are bothersome. Overall, great job. https://www.martinfeldmanphotography.com
