Hi, Iread this. But I haven't figured out how to get the file from PS to here. Thanks though.

Not sure what the steps are in elements but heres what I do on PS7

1) reduce image size to about 800X800 (max) pixels
2) go file-save for web, then choose quality which in turn tells you what size the pic is going to be (lower left-hand side) NOTE: if you are attaching files, you will need to reduce the quality to give you a file size of 100 and below.
3) click save. I normally save it with a "-web" so I know that this is the reduced file. Remember where you saved the pic to
4) If attaching a pic look for the paper clip icon and click on that. Browse to where you kept your pic and click open.
5) Click upload or whatever the icon to attach is.

Suggest that you join a "free" photo-sharing site like photobucket.com or flickr.com then upload your pictures to those sites. I use photobucket as it is friendlier. Just copy the url of your pic when you click the Insert image icon above.
