I am not sure what you can do at this time, perhaps pestering FedEx to retrieve the package is all you can do. Of course you can inform the seller, and if you paid by credit card, you can file a complaint if all else fails. FedEx really has to clean their act up.
Hi Pio - I guess the only thing I can do now is keep my figures crossed and hope that the lens will be delivered to me later
I think it's not just FedEx, I had similar experience with UPS as well. People just don't know how to read ...... period. Whenever I purchase big ticket items, I've always been afraid that this would happen.....and finally it happens
. Well, as you said, if I don't receive this by tomorrow, I will call up my credit card company and file a dispute. What's more scary is that I don't think the seller declared the full value of the lens as I was told by FedEx that they couldn't see any value declared. Anyway, wish me luck
