I am trying to use Facebook plug-in in LightRoom 5.7, but when I click on Create a New Collection, it does nothing. I checked the settings in the Plug-in Manager, but there is a message that "This plug-in is enabled, but has encountered some problems".

I tried to reload the plug-in with no result. The message in the Tools says the "An error occurred while attempting to load this plug-in's portion of the Export dialog".

Any suggestion?

I'm getting "cannot read comments" error. This is probably because facebook changed the layout of the like/comment/share buttons.

Sorry SD, you lost me here. I miss the connection between the two issues. Could you explain, please?

Oh duh.... I saw "facebook" and your errors with the plugin and my mind jumped the gun. No clue why your plugin is crashing. Are you creating Collections or Publish Services?
