Canon 40D Body Only

I have a Canon 40D for sale today, it has about 70K shutter actuations. This camera is perfect for anyone getting into photography or if you need a decent backup. This camera comes as is, with a battery, charger, and body. The camera has a couple issues, the on camera flash does not pop up as it should, I've heard that a fix for this is somewhat simple but I just don't have the time. Also there seems to be a minor software issue where the menu pops up on the screen without pressing the button. This does not affect the overall performance of the camera in any way, however it can just be somewhat annoying when reviewing photos. It's aesthetic condition is fair, with normal wear from usage. Other than the aforementioned details this still camera works great, I've used it for years shooting sports, portraits, and landscapes and it's performed great.
