Unfortunately it was quite a small wedding with only a 4 hour package from start of ceremony to end of reception and was lucky to quickly whisk the B&G away during their reception. Hadn't done a wedding in 3 weeks so felt a bit rusty. Would love some C&C. Many thanks

For knowing you only had 20 mins...I'd say you came away with some nice shots!

I really like #4, but the lock is a little distracting. #6 has a nice feel to it as well.

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for your feedback.. Wasn't sure if I should keep the padlock or not :)

it'd be tough to get rid of it in #3, but #4 could be a possibility

Nicely done.
Personally, I didn't even notice the lock thing, till it was pointed out
I doubt the bride or groom would either
Its part of the scene.
But it's just my opinion.

I'd be quite delighted if they were my images.

Continued success,
Ken

not bad for such a short time. I would personally correct the building tilt in the first one, but that's me.

The lock was easy in 4. Took a minute or so. In 3 would take about 4 minutes. Hope you don't mind I took it out.

overall I think the pictures are excellent

small things
- I would change the perspective / tilt of the building in #1 just to see how it looks (may or may not work)
- the lock in #3 at her elbow I would remove
- I like the lock in #4, it adds to the image imo, I would not remove it
- in #6 do you have a slightly wider crop that would include her entire right wrist?

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

Great job. ;-)a I really like them. Nice variety for such a small period of time. I wasn't distracted by the lock at all while looking through the photos.......until it was mentioned! Then it was all i could see. :p Thanks POTN for slowly turning me into a nitpicker  ha ha But i do agree, picture looks better without the lock.

Go pick up any fashion or wedding magazine. Cropping out part of the head, part of the wrist in this occasion, is fine and in no way hurts the image. I actually prefer it this way. It looks much more editorial.
