X-Pro1 lens kit deal

On BH Photo Video under FUXPRO1Q, its the X-pro1 with a 27mm 2.8 and 35mm 1.4 for $950. I just ordered mine

Yes I received mine Monday afternoon, having been using a X100s everything was very familiar. I like the larger size as I have largish hands, and there are 6 or 7 custom presets instead of 3. The 35mm lens is great but I wish they had offered something besides the 27mm as the 2nd lens as I don't ever see myself using it and with so many people dumping them from the kits I'll be lucky to get $250 for it.

Interesting. Mine arrives next week and I'm thinking to sell the body and 35mm lens, keeping the 27mm. It's reportedly ultra sharp at all apertures, and lacks the large edge quality dropoff of the 35mm.

I myself will probably never notice any edge quality drop off of the 35, the X100s has been my only camera for about 8 months and I always seemed to want something with more tele or wider and with this being a non paying hobby the X-Pro1 plus a 35mm and probably a wide Rokinon prime is all I can justify keeping for the time.

Looks like mine will probably be arriving Friday. That price is less than the $599 35mm and $449 27mm combined so the camera body is essentially free! (Or at least that's how I justified it to my wife.) I was mostly looking for something to complement my 6D, either something with a shorter focal length to bring along when I take my 70-200 2.8 IS so I don't have to switch lenses, or just something smaller to take on its own when I'm travelling light. I'm guessing the 35 1.4 will end up being on it most of the time, and then when I want to just be able to put it in a jacket pocket or something I'll put the 27 on.

I assume Fuji must be getting close to releasing the X-Pro2 and this is a way to dump some X-Pro1 bodies. Fine with me!

I'd trade the 27mm, but the 85mm is only $370 brand new, and the 35mm sells for $600 - even used it sells for $500

Buy and sell forum (here and FM) has both these lenses going for between $290-315, so I asked, because its less hassle and saving of PP fees to sell one and buy another.

I m only looking for 35mm.

Yeah, you're expectations for a used lens or new are a bit high. eBay or these forums are the best indicator f what something is currently worth as those are real world sales. Check this out to get an idea of completed listings that actually sold:
