What's wrong with my lightroom?

Used it yesterday, turned computer off and when I wanted to use it today this message pops up. I know for a fact that there aren't any other computers is using it. Attached a picture of the task manager too so you guys can see nothing else is running.

When you open lightroom, next to your lightroom catalog (xxx.lrcat), lightroom will create a lock file (xxx.lrcat.lock). When you exit lightroom the lock file is deleted.If you didn't exit LR normally the lock file is still present. Just delete the lockfile and all should be well.
