You stated a budget but some more info will help narrow down what you are looking for. Do you have a size in mind? Do you have a preference for 16:10, 16:9 or ultrawide? Are you looking for a higher resolution monitor? For example would you rather have a higher end 24" or a lower end 27". Are you looking for wide color gamut?

The best I could find circa that price tag.

HP 24" IPS UHD MTS 2.0 HDMI 1.4 DP 1.302 4K screen 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz.
3 yr warranty.

Really you need DP connection
Factory colour calibrated .

Go on line, look up Monoprice IPS monitor. I have had one for about 8 months now, and zero complaints. You will need to adjust Contrast and Brightness settings from the factory, as they factory adjust for bright retail setting like every other monitor manufacturer!
