Not exactly "action sports", but I thought these shots would fit into this sub-gallery better than the others. I spent a few days in Jackson Hole, WY fishing and biking and came away with these shots. Most are from an all-day float through Grand Teton Nat'l Park, but the first two are from fishing the Snake just north of Wilson, WY.

These are just beautiful. I want to dust off the gear, pick up my dad and head for the mountains to fish.

Have a wheelie nice day!

I saw your title and was intrigued and now very glad I looked. They sum up what must have been a great trip. Awesome scenery, clear waters and fantastic looking fish.

I'll be showing these to the father in law who is a keen fisherman.

Excellent set!!

Thanks!

I'm not even a fly fisherman, but I have to admit that I fully enjoy the photography side of it. There are so many great opportunities to create unique perspectives and compositions, and obviously the sport itself is very aesthetic in itself.

Thanks for posting theese. Spectacular scenery and good looking fish. As said before, it does pretty much combines my two favorite activities: flyfishing and photography...I trully have to make that trip at some point.

I absolutely recommend it. It's SUPER cheap if you just car camp in the area and eat at the Stagecoach (at the base of Teton Pass) each night. :)
