Could use a slight rotation clockwise to get the horizon level and it could use a little Image->Adjustments->Shadows/Highlights to bring some detail into the black rocks without blowing out the highlights.
Then in order to get the composition a lilttle more balanced, you could crop out about 1/3rd of the sky.

The excitement and interest of the surf crashing on the rocks will probably carry through as the dominant attention getter, and you will have a real great print.

Thanks for the advice, I don't ever show anyone my shots cuz I figure I'm the only one who likes them. So it means alot that someone else thought it wasn't to bad.
