Split toning or smth else?

Hello, all,

Have dumb question. How this picture is post processed? I think that there was used split toning function found in Adobe Lightroom, but I can't replicate results. Can you give me few hints how to do achieve similar result? Thank you in advance!

Split Toning applies one color cast to highlights and a different onto shadows. Here there are different colors in highlights. It is just selective masking and different overlays.

BTW, replace the photo with a link since it is not yours.
