I agree Friday was great. Apparently Saturday was good too, at least for Beckman. The TV announcers were saying that Saturdays 3.95et in round 4 qualifying was more impressive than Fridays run. How was being that close to TF cars as they roar past you?
If you told me Beckman was going to run a .95 in the heat I would've called you a liar but then again I'm not surprised what Jimmy Prock and Medlen can do. Being that close to TF cars is amazing, not as loud as you'd think but the vibrations are so intense that my camera was actually putting pictures vertical instead of horizontal in the image review on camera and laptop.
By the time they got to you, looking through the view finder was crazy. Everything was just a blur and was pretty much useless, by the end of Saturday and early Sunday I was getting used to it. I put in roughly 50 or so hours into the 3 days and if I had to do it again next weekend in Washington I'd do it in a heartbeat.
