I think the cloud formations have a huge influence on why they look full scale, which was why I kept telling pilots to try their best to make their low passes in front of those clouds. I decided to make a nice big print (17 X 22) of the C 160 Transport cropped even tighter but kept as much of the cloud as I could & it looks fantastic. I'm giving it to the pilot along with a DVD with 70 more photos and most have it looking full scale. This was another one I considered printing for him but I liked the angle more in the other photo. (the album is from jpg's but I print carefully processed RAW files which would help the shadows on this one). A skill is developed through constant practice with a passion to improve, not bought.
