I'm not home right now to take pics and get good details on the lens, but just tossing a line out there to see if there's any interest. At a wedding a few weeks ago, I was changing lenses and dropped my 14mm right onto a old solid steel tractor tire. I didn't see any major damage on the lens besides a slight crack in the hood. Later I discovered however, that the lens seems to be de-centered, and won't focus on the left side of the image. So I'm assuming that must mean that the drop must have knocked one of the lens elements out of place.
I use my 14mm heavily, and since it's a fairly cheap lens, I immediately ordered another one since I had a shoot coming up I was planning on using it for in a few days. I contacted Rokinon, and they said they couldn't give me an exact estimate without seeing the lens, but gave me a rough estimate of $200 for the fix. Or maybe you are good with lenses and can fix it yourself? Let me know if you're interested or have any more questions!
