A newbie EOS 20D asks...

New camera delivered yesterday but it doesn't seem to want to talk to my Mac (OS X version 10.4.4).

I have tried both Normal and PTP communication modes.

I am pretty sure it must be something stupid that I'm doing...I am not very techie!

I hope I have posted this in the right area, apologies if not....and thanks for any help that might be forthcoming.

Go to the Applications folder and choose the Image Capture program. You should be fine from there. Image capture normally starts automatically when ever a camera is connected.

You may want to consider getting a card reader.
