Has anyone used the Elinchrom scanlite?

I have a bunch of Rotolux stripboxes and was thinking of grabbing some scanlites instead of kinoflos. I cannot find any information on them however, it seems no one uses them.

Does anyone have any experiences with them? Does shining one through a stripbox emulate a kinoflo 4 bank?

I have a Scanlite with 500W and 650W lamps. And I use them in jewelry ads, so i have them running through a Chimera light bank.. It is just a soft box and not a strip box, though Chimera has a strip box version.

Just check the documentation on your modifiers. There are some wattage limits it would be wise to follow to avoid damage or burning.

C&C always welcomed...
On my images, of course, and on my words as well--as long as it's constructive :).
