Some Cedar waxwings from yesterday

It was a gray day as we walked along a river road in our area. Came across a flock of these and managed to get a few pics. I thought they were attracted by the plentiful supply of berries but it seemed that they were just as interested in snatching insects out of the air.

Hope you don't mind is I say they look like they are a little underexposed, a bit of positive exposure compensation would help overcome the light sky.

I remembered shooting the cw's using the custom c1 mode of the 7D and I do recall thinking that I had forgotten to adjust the exposure for those shots. Here they are after some additional editing in LR.
