My Canon SX 270 has been a great little camera, BUT....there's a new toddler in the extended family.
There is simply NO TIME to half depress the shutter to lock focus, hold it there, recompose, then fully depress the shutter.
The same thing applies with my street photography......those fleeting moments are indeed, fleeting.
Obviously, it's time for a DSLR.
However, I am lucky enough to travel extensively, so weight/size is a major issue.
I'm considering the Canon "smallest DSLR in the world", but would welcome any user feedback.
Cheers, del Sol
