Apart from being more than twice as powerfull (see Flashhavoc) the Rovelight/Jinbei HD600 operates differently above your max sync speed. (The HD600 does Supersync tail after an early trigger whereas the Godox 360 offers the 50 KHz pulsing after an early trigger. The former gives a gradient whereas the latter does not.)
Edit: Sorry, on checking, the above may not be true wrt the Godox 360 - the images on the Flashhavoc site imply that it does Supersync tail too - complete with Gradient!
I'm very happy with my JinbeiHD600V which has been completely reliable in both its Normal mode & its 'H' mode - I trigger with Odins.

Be rest assured that the 360 can do both with limitations that makes you switch from one mode to the other one.
