Looks like it might be the 747 Dreamlifter. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boeing_Dreamlifter (external link).

One (there are only four) became quite famous because it landed at the wrong airport in Kansas in November 2013. It needs almost 10,000 feet for takeoff and to get to the proper airport (12 miles away) it only had a 6600 foot runway but made it. More on this at http://www.businessinsider.com …from-short-runway-2013-11 (external link).

Dreamlifters dont have a gray underbelly or gray engines. Looks like a regular lufthansa 747 with the photo squished (blue tail, gray engines, gray underbelly + wing, white undersides of horizontal tail stabilizers). So, OP, whats so "Unusaul" about this?

Yep - you got me guys;-)a the pic is of D-ABTL B744 of Lufthansa, I messed with the pic to make it a little different as most of the normal stuff i post is just to dull to get a reaction, its not in fairness my fault as due to my health situation i can not travel far and need to support my camera holding either against a wall or in a chair, this seriously limits my photo opportunities.

The result above reminded me of those squashed mimic pictures you can get of cars-planes:-)
