The one with the sailing craft illustrates the primary rule for sunsets: get something interesting in the foreground. Although I would have liked more separation. It doesn't look like there was much wind.

The second one would look great big on a corporate wall.

Liking #1, but crop to a letterbox format, remove some of that dead sky at the top and a bit of sea at the bottom. Top notch!

There is no doubt that a different crop would have improved the first image, but...
I kept the same format to show what different PP could achieve.
