It's in unworn juvenile plumage so it hatched this summer. The juvenile red-tails here are calling too wanting food. They will be dispersing from their parents soon here in Ohio. The parents will still bring them food, but not as much, and should stop soon. That doesn't mean that the juveniles will stop begging. I've seen screaming juveniles halfway through September, but no parents around by then. The juveniles will be leaving their parents territory any time now. Zach--C&C is welcome on my photos
