These things have been invading our house recently and I'd like to build some sort of trap to get rid of them. Sorry the pics aren't of the best quality. I only have the 135L.

So, is this some sort of gnat or fruit fly? Thanks in advance for your input!

Looking at the legs, it could possibly be a Backswimmer

Agree on the backswimmer, or "water Boatman" they find there way into any kind of water fast, so they must fly as well, though I've never witnessed that.

Is there a drought in your area? They could be searching out water.

Looks like Water Boatman is a good option. The biggest one we've caught is only 3 millimeters long and the one pictured is sitting on a paper towel, just to give a sense of scale.

I appreciate the input so far!
